Creative Writing Course with Published Author Leigh Russell: 2nd – 9th June 2012

Les Chuquets offers a tranquil setting and a creative atmosphere that is ideal for developing your literary ideas. Mornings are spent writing in small supportive groups where writers are encouraged to develop a variety of diverse skills. In the afternoons there are 1-1 tutorials with Leigh Russell, offering the benefit of a successful author’s individual attention and guidance.

These courses are suitable for all writers, regardless of experience. Leigh is experienced in running courses for successfully published authors together with those new to writing on her UK workshops. Attendees benefit from the stimulating mix of skills and knowledge. The main focus of the week will be on writing fiction, but no previous experience is required. All that is necessary is a passion for writing. Leigh’s debut thriller sold out in six weeks, less than two years after she began writing, and she is keen to help other writers achieve success with their own work.

Included in the course is your accommodation, and delicious home cooked meals with wonderful local wines. And as if that’s not enough, there are excursions to local villages to help stimulate the creative juices or just to have some downtime to think and reflect in the stunning scenery that surrounds Les Chuquets.
